Message Mapping™ - A technique used to gauge messages on their persuasiveness, latent effectiveness, and importance. Message Mapping™ is a WRS proprietary tool used to determine the effectiveness of potential messages by testing the association between respondents’ views and their support choice.
Often, what your target audience says they like and the issues that actually motivate behavior are not the same. Message Mapping™ allows you to identify these messages that move behavior.
Impact is illustrated using a mapping chart that illustrates each message based on increasing Agreement, Belief and Care (ABC).
Messages are represented on bubble charts, providing an easy to use “map” for further action. Bubbles located farthest from the point of origin (the area shaded green) are the most effective messages.
The Principals at WRS have consulted with influential associations, foreign governments,
political leaders, and over 100 of the current Fortune 500 corporations.
